The community selected the type of weapon, the themes, the weapon's effect, and even the name. Players can easily fit it into an already existing build, or create a totally new build to take advantage of each of the parts of its effect.įinally, the Shard of Hate is a weapon that was designed by the Diablo 3 community over six steps.
